Don't Train On Me
Thirty-one services quietly train AI on what you write, post, and upload. This opens a panel beside your browser with every opt-out in one list, walks you through them one at a time, and reads each settings page afterwards to confirm the switch actually took. It has no server and no account. Nothing you tick ever leaves your machine.

Download and unzip
Your browser unzips it automatically. If it doesn't, double-click the file in Downloads. Keep the unzipped folder somewhere you won't delete it, because Chrome loads the extension from that folder.
Open Chrome's extensions page
Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and press Enter. Chrome blocks links to that page, so it has to be typed.
Turn on Developer mode, then Load unpacked
The Developer mode switch is in the top right. Then click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder. Pick the folder itself, not a file inside it.
Click the icon to open the panel
Pin Don't Train On Me from the puzzle-piece menu, then click it. The checklist opens in a panel on the right and stays there while you work through each service.
