Short answer: no. Here is what is actually true, and what you can do instead.
Reddit licenses its public corpus in bulk. There is no user-level setting, and there is no form. This entry exists so the user is told the truth instead of being sent to a settings page that will not help.
- Deleting a comment removes it going forward. It does not recall data already licensed, and third-party archives keep copies regardless. - Reddit's Data Request settings control advertising personalisation, not AI licensing. Do not present them as an opt-out. - The only real lever is what you post from here on.
